I would give 5 stars to the customer service they offered, they were answering all our questions in great detail, before and after we purchased it. Since there is not much information about it on the site they emailed us a lot of information about it before we decided this was the one. The installation went smooth, we needed some assistance and they their technician was very helpful. The only issue was the delivery time, it took 4 weeks to get it and in the beginning it was difficult to get some precise information on when it would arrive.
