We standardized the Quest 3-outlet system across 9 installs in custom homes and small managed rental units where we needed a full-body shower configuration with a 12-inch overhead rain head, hand shower, and body jets while keeping thermostatic temperature control predictable across different plumbing conditions.

Installation has been repeatable across units. Valve depth and outlet alignment stayed consistent, which matters when repeating the same rough-in detail across multiple bathrooms. On two later installs, we noticed slight variation in cartridge resistance compared with earlier sets, but compatibility remained intact and no wall rework or trim adjustment was required.

System performance has been stable across all outlets. The 12" rain head delivers even coverage, and engaging the body jets does not create the pressure collapse you often see on lower-tier multi-function systems. Thermostatic control has remained steady with no noticeable drift or spike during switching, even in higher-use rental environments.

Finish durability is holding up well overall. In a few higher-use units, we’ve seen minor dulling on frequently handled trim like the diverter control, but no peeling, corrosion, or coating breakdown. Main visible components still present cleanly and remain visually consistent across installs.

BathSelect support supplied replacement cartridges when we requested spare parts to keep inventory standardized across units. Parts availability has been reliable, which is an important signal when you plan to maintain the same shower system across multiple installations over time.
