BathSelect warranty offers peace of mind.All our products are warranted to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects.All BathSelect® Manufacturer Product Warranty® information is below.Please read all the important details on how to maintain the quality of your new product.Proof of product purchase is required in order to obtain any of thebenefits set forth below. (Commercial applications limit the durationof the warranty, as specified below.)

BathSelect® Manufacturer Warranty Information

Shower Sets, Shower Heads, Motion Sensor Faucets, Bath Faucets,Bathroom Fixtures, Bath Sinks and Vanities.

All bathroom products are backed by our Product Warranty®, covering the finishand function. The following warranty information will provide importantlydetails on how to maintain the qualityof your new product.

Bathroom fixtures will be free of all defects in material and workmanship that would impairthe intended and proper use of the product as well as warrants againstdeterioration of the product’s finish for as long as the original purchaserowns the home in which the product is originally installed.If the product is installed in a commercial application, the above warranty shall belimited to a period of one (1) year for mechanical and one (1) year forfinish from the date of purchase of the product. Although LED lights should last the lifetime of the fixture howeverLED lights are never included in the manufacturer's warranty.

Maintenance:

Regular use of a soft cloth rinsed in warm water and/or typical non-abrasivedishwashing soap (i.e. Dawn, Palmolive) will keep finishlooking clean and new.The use of abrasive cleaners, organic solvents, or acid to clean, shineor polish such finishes will void the BathSelect® warranty as to such finishes.

Damages / Defects:

Any potential damage/flaw must be reported to us within 7 days afterdelivery to qualify for free replacements. Please note damagescaused by installation error, or misuse are not covered underwarranty. BathSelect® reserves the right to determinethe potential cause of any damage/defect reported.All original order information is required for any replacement order requests.After installation, the BathSelect® warranty offers a free replacement unit.All original order information is required for any replacement order requests.Please note damages caused by installation error, or misuse arenot covered under warranty.BathSelect® reserves the right to determine the potential cause of anydamage/defect reported. Warranty Replacements:

For any warranty replacement order, BathSelect® is to be notified. BathSelect®offers a 1 year manufacturer warranty on all purchased products.Normal wear and tear, abuse and misuse are not covered under warranty.BathSelect® is not responsible for any reinstallation or removal charges.Warranty is only offered to direct BathSelect® customers, and is not transferable.All original order information is required for any replacement order requests.

BathSelect® has the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.This warranty gives specific legal rights and other rights,which may vary from state to state.For those states that do not allow limitations or exclusions of incidental orconsequential damages, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply.BathSelect® Customer Support is ready to assist any customer by providingdetailed specification sheets and diagrams for all sold productspertaining to our products installation.However, limited products produced in our factories overseas are notguaranteed to meet US inspection requirements. All customers areresponsible for install and removal costs of our productsin case products do not pass inspection due to lack ofspecific certification paperwork.

During the construction of your new home or when installing your fixtures it is possiblethat debris (dirt, sand, stones, etc.) may have fallen into the water lines.BathSelect® suggests that you conduct precautionary measures to avoidsuch issues. Damages caused by installation error, or misuse are notcovered under warranty.BathSelect® reserves the right to determine the potential cause ofany damage/defect reported. BathSelect® is not responsible for anyreinstallation or removal charges.
