First-Call Resolution Achieved Thursday, May 14, 2026 Reviewer: Daniel Brooks, Engineer from Charlotte, NC   While preparing documentation for a digital shower installation, we contacted BathSelect regarding operating requirements, replacement components, and commissioning procedures. Rather than transferring the inquiry, one technical specialist handled every question during the initial conversation with impressive product knowledge and clear communication. The guidance covered installation recommendations, servicing considerations, and future maintenance planning in detail, allowing our team to finalize specifications immediately. That first-call resolution saved valuable project time and demonstrated the professionalism, engineering expertise, and customer-focused support we expect from a premium manufacturer. Great shower set, especially the digital display Monday, September 26, 2022 Reviewer: Nelson from Newark, NJ   This shower set is exactly what i was looking for. I wanted something that is simple and within my budget, and that is within my budget of course, and this one fits the bill perfectly. The digital display is definitely the highlight of this set, and works great even in a steamy shower. It stays clear and readable throughout. Was this review helpful to you?

Late delivery Sunday, September 8, 2019 Reviewer: Dione from Washington   The shower set is good, and for the sale price  this one's very much worth it. I got this about a month ago and so far  been working wonderfully. The only thing I would complain about is the delivery time. It took longer than expected, actually longer than the promised date of delivery. Nonetheless  a good shower set and worth the money. Was this review helpful to you?

Great shower set, reasonable price Wednesday, July 5, 2017 Reviewer: Erin from Washington   always wanted to have one of these complete shower sets installed in the master en suite. However, the ones I looked at earlier were pretty pricey. So you can just imagine my joy when I saw this one on sale. I took a look at the product features and it had everything I wanted. For such features, this shower set is a steal. Was this review helpful to you?
