Many oil-rubbed bronze sensor faucets we previously installed developed unstable shutoff timing and finish oxidation after extended commercial usage. After transitioning to the ORB Brass Faucet between 2022 and 2024, operational consistency improved considerably. The faucet maintained highly accurate infrared responsiveness throughout continuous public usage, while the ORB brass finish resisted moisture exposure, corrosion, and cleaning-related wear substantially better than earlier decorative commercial fixtures. The brass body also remained structurally stable during repeated high-cycle operation. From a technical perspective, the internal sensing module maintained highly stable activation timing despite fluctuations in inlet water pressure and ambient lighting. Earlier ORB fixtures frequently developed calibration drift under those conditions, but this faucet maintained predictable long-term performance across installations.”
