Construction Inspires Confidence Tuesday, August 18, 2026 Reviewer: Gordon Westfield from Las Vegas, NV   Solid brass provides a much stronger reason to consider the Dijon than surface styling alone. For a commercial automatic faucet, substantial body construction matters because mounting stability and repeated daily use can expose weaknesses that are irrelevant in lightly used residential fixtures. The deck-mounted format keeps installation familiar, while sensor response, supply cleanliness, and basin alignment should be verified during commissioning. Finish care remains a routine consideration, but the underlying material specification is the more important point. This is the kind of straightforward construction that facilities professionals can evaluate with confidence. Was this review helpful to you?

Premium Sensor Consistency Saturday, April 25, 2026 Reviewer: Caroline Whitaker, Design Consultant from Irvine, CA   After several high-traffic office and hospitality restroom projects experienced ongoing maintenance issues with earlier touchless faucets — especially inconsistent infrared response, finish deterioration, and premature solenoid wear — we upgraded multiple facilities to the Dijon faucet between 2023 and 2025.The long-term operational consistency has been significantly stronger than previous systems we maintained. Its intelligent infrared sensing system maintained accurate hand detection with minimal false activations, while the microprocessor-controlled shutoff timing remained stable even during continuous daily commercial usage. The solid brass construction, sealed solenoid enclosure, and brushed gold finish also proved far more durable under aggressive cleaning schedules and moisture-heavy environments. One technical advantage that stood out during long-term operation was the stability of the sensor detection field around reflective countertops and under varying restroom lighting conditions — an issue that previously caused false triggering with other commercial faucets. The internal valve assembly also maintained steady flow regulation without pressure fluctuation between fixtures, which helped standardize user experience across multiple properties while reducing troubleshooting time for maintenance teams. Pro Infrared Efficiency Thursday, October 31, 2024 Reviewer: Kelsey, Taylor from Reno, Nevada   From a specifier standpoint, the Gunmetal BathSelect Sensor Faucet with Soap Dispenser (BS1095GM-SF) stood out because it combines dependable activation, durable construction, and a finish suitable for design-conscious commercial spaces. Its sensor response is stable and well-controlled, with a practical activation range that helps reduce false triggering while still keeping handwashing intuitive for users. The body construction feels substantial, and the gunmetal finish adds both design value and better resistance to visible wear in demanding environments. Installation is straightforward with familiar connection points, and the internal layout is serviceable enough that maintenance teams can troubleshoot or access components without wasting time. That matters for lifecycle cost as much as first-day appearance. Customer support added confidence on the specification side as well. BathSelect responded with useful technical guidance rather than canned replies, which makes a difference during procurement and installation. Overall, it performs like a well-considered commercial restroom fixture: dependable activation, durable construction, and a finish package that supports both design intent and long-term ownership value. As a Healthcare Planner, battery failures caused downtime on older systems. This BathSelect unit has stable power performance with consistent operation. Maintenance intervals are longer and predictable. Was this review helpful to you?
