4 of 5 Historic Offices Adapted Thursday, August 27, 2026

Modern sensor faucets looked out of place in several concepts proposed for our converted historic office building. Bavaria's light oil-rubbed bronze treatment solved that issue while preserving the automatic operation required by the new facilities standard. Deck mounting also worked comfortably with the replacement stone counters, avoiding unnecessary wall intervention. The contractor established faucet position during the vanity mockup and repeated it across subsequent floors. Tenants receive contemporary hands-free functionality, but the renovation still feels connected to the property's original architectural character.

4 of 5 Consistent Infrared Durability Tuesday, May 5, 2026
Reviewer: Michael Everett, Systems Specialist from Sacramento, CA
Following multiple commercial restroom upgrades where earlier touchless faucets developed inconsistent infrared response and premature finish deterioration, we installed the Bavaria faucet across healthcare and hospitality projects completed between 2022 and 2024.The long-term operational performance has been notably more dependable. Sensor activation remained accurate with minimal false triggering, and the digital plug-and-play microprocessor maintained consistent shutoff timing even under continuous daily usage. The solid brass body, magnet-latching solenoid valve, and sealed electronic assembly also handled moisture-heavy commercial environments far better than several competing sensor faucet systems we previously serviced.Maintenance consistency has been one of the strongest advantages. Battery efficiency remained stable across high-cycle usage, internal components required very little recalibration, and the light oil-rubbed bronze finish resisted wear, spotting, and corrosion despite constant cleaning schedules. Across multiple facilities, the faucet delivered reliable hands-free performance while significantly reducing recurring service interruptions.

5 of 5 Precision Infrared System Saturday, August 9, 2025
Reviewer: Matthew, Lewis from Austin, Texas
After evaluating the Rose Gold Matte BathSelect Sensor Faucet with Soap Dispenser (BS1094LRM-SF) in a high-use installation, the strongest takeaway was how well the design balances sensor performance with finish quality and maintenance practicality. The operating performance is strong from a technical standpoint: the sensing window activates quickly, shutoff timing is controlled, and water delivery remains consistent. The rose gold matte finish works especially well in projects where both corrosion resistance and visual presentation matter. For contractors and maintenance staff, the unit is easier to work with than many low-grade sensor fixtures. Access, stability, and overall fitment support a smoother install and a more predictable ownership experience. BathSelect’s support team was also helpful during setup, providing clear answers on configuration, finish questions, and calibration expectations instead of generic responses. Overall, this model delivers the kind of commercial-grade sensor faucet performance, finish durability, and maintenance efficiency that architects, contractors, and facility teams look for when sourcing a hands-free bathroom fixture.

As a Healthcare Planner, delayed sensor response was a constant complaint. This BathSelect model activates instantly and consistently, improving user experience in high-traffic restrooms. The upgrade was immediately noticeable.
