Executive Floors Retained Wednesday, July 29, 2026 Reviewer: Samantha Wainwright from Jersey City, NJ   Corporate rebranding introduced brushed gold selectively throughout our headquarters, and the Valence faucet became one of the few upgraded elements retained after final cost review. Leadership felt it contributed enough visual warmth to executive washrooms to justify the specification, while automatic operation gave facilities a practical reason beyond aesthetics. The deck-mounted format integrated cleanly with the planned counters and required no unusual user instruction. After occupancy, the fixture has remained a visible design upgrade without becoming a special operational burden. Was this review helpful to you?

Shutoff timing stayed calibrated Monday, April 27, 2026 Reviewer: Olivia Bennett, Systems Specialist from Miami, FL   Following years of maintaining decorative sensor faucets that frequently developed unstable infrared response and premature coating wear, we upgraded several luxury hospitality restroom projects to the Valence faucet between 2021 and 2024. The faucet provided significantly stronger operational consistency during long-term commercial use. Sensor activation remained accurate, shutoff timing stayed properly calibrated, and the brushed gold finish resisted discoloration and cleaning-related wear better than previous luxury-style fixtures. One technical benefit we observed was the stability of the infrared detection field under varying restroom lighting environments, which helped eliminate the inconsistent triggering behavior common with several earlier decorative commercial sensor faucets. NextGen Infrared Control Thursday, December 18, 2025 Reviewer: Patrick, Anderson from Columbus, Ohio   The Gunmetal BathSelect Sensor Faucet with Soap Dispenser (BS1094GM-SF) was selected for a commercial restroom where reliability, finish durability, and service access mattered as much as appearance. The operating performance is strong from a technical standpoint: the sensing window activates quickly, shutoff timing is controlled, and water delivery remains consistent. The gunmetal finish works especially well in projects where both corrosion resistance and visual presentation matter. For contractors and maintenance staff, the unit is easier to work with than many low-grade sensor fixtures. Access, stability, and overall fitment support a smoother install and a more predictable ownership experience. Customer support added confidence on the specification side as well. BathSelect responded with useful technical guidance rather than canned replies, which makes a difference during procurement and installation. Overall, this model delivers the kind of commercial-grade sensor faucet performance, finish durability, and maintenance efficiency that architects, contractors, and facility teams look for when sourcing a hands-free bathroom fixture. As a Healthcare Planner, finish wear and corrosion were issues with previous brands. The BathSelect finish has remained intact with daily cleaning cycles. It maintains appearance and performance over time. Was this review helpful to you?
