Consumption Reduced Thursday, July 9, 2026 Reviewer: Spencer Cole, Consultant from Topeka, KS   One reason we selected this model was the comprehensive warranty, although it has never been necessary to submit a claim. The faucet continues to perform consistently, and knowing replacement support is available provides additional confidence for our facility management team. Was this review helpful to you?

Punch List Stayed Clean Friday, June 5, 2026 Reviewer: Marianne Aldridge from Huntsville, AL   Contractor closeout on the Dijon installations was noticeably smoother because the project team resolved basin position, deck drilling, and sensor requirements during the sample-room stage. That preparation left very little faucet-related correction for the final punch list. The brushed-gold appearance gives our executive hospitality floor the warmer finish the designer specified, while automatic operation remains straightforward for visitors. From an owner's representative perspective, equipment that arrives at turnover already coordinated and functioning correctly has considerable value beyond its appearance. Sensor Precision Friday, April 10, 2026 Reviewer: Anthony Delgado, Technology Consultant from Irvine, CA   Instead of continuing with commercial sensor faucets that repeatedly developed inconsistent infrared response and premature valve wear in high-traffic facilities, we transitioned to the Dijon faucet during several office and healthcare renovation projects completed between 2023 and 2025.The improvement in long-term operational reliability was immediately noticeable. The built-in infrared AI smart-chip maintained accurate activation without excessive false triggering, while the adjustable auto shutoff timing remained consistent even during continuous daily usage. The solid brass body, water-resistant solenoid enclosure, and AC/DC hybrid power configuration also provided significantly better durability and maintenance flexibility compared to earlier touchless systems we previously serviced.Across multiple installations, maintenance requirements remained exceptionally low. Sensor recalibration was rarely needed, water flow regulation stayed stable, and the brushed gold finish resisted spotting, corrosion, and coating wear despite aggressive cleaning schedules. Compared to prior commercial sensor fixtures used in the same facilities, the Dijon system delivered a more dependable user experience while substantially reducing long-term service interruptions. Pro Touchless System Tuesday, March 3, 2026 Reviewer: Sara, Anderson from Portland, Oregon   In day-to-day operation, the Brushed Gold BathSelect Sensor Faucet with Soap Dispenser (BS1094BGM-SF) showed the kind of consistency commercial buyers look for when specifying touchless or sensor-driven restroom fixtures. Its sensor response is stable and well-controlled, with a practical activation range that helps reduce false triggering while still keeping handwashing intuitive for users. The body construction feels substantial, and the brushed gold finish adds both design value and better resistance to visible wear in demanding environments. For contractors and maintenance staff, the unit is easier to work with than many low-grade sensor fixtures. Access, stability, and overall fitment support a smoother install and a more predictable ownership experience. BathSelect’s support team was also helpful during setup, providing clear answers on configuration, finish questions, and calibration expectations instead of generic responses. Overall, this is a strong option for buyers searching for a durable touchless faucet with a premium finish, stable sensor activation, and better lifecycle value in high-traffic restroom applications.
