Rough-In Worthwhile Tuesday, August 18, 2026 Reviewer: Marcus Bennett from Scottsdale, AZ   Wall mounting gives the Annapolis a cleaner countertop and better separation between fixture hardware and the wash surface. Its active infrared neck sensor provides a 2–6 inch sensing range with a published 0.3-second response, while AC/DC capability gives facilities flexibility when planning electrical service. The dark oil-rubbed bronze finish also avoids the institutional appearance common to many sensor faucets. Installation demands accurate spout projection, wall depth, and basin alignment, but those requirements are reasonable when the result is a streamlined, touch-free commercial wash station. Commissioning Obstacles Removed Saturday, July 4, 2026 Reviewer: Logan Montgomery, Analyst from South Bend, IN   Wall-mounted installations often require additional coordination between contractors, but BathSelect's technical specialists answered every commissioning question before work began. The installation finished ahead of schedule, and the faucets continue operating consistently across every restroom. Was this review helpful to you?

Sensing behavior Wednesday, April 22, 2026 Reviewer: Daniel Mercer, Systems Advisor from Seattle, WA   During several healthcare restroom modernization projects completed between 2022 and 2024, older wall-mounted bronze faucets repeatedly developed unstable mounting alignment and inconsistent sensing performance. The Annapolis Wall Faucet delivered far stronger long-term stability after installation. Its wall-mounted structure improved sink clearance and reduced countertop water accumulation, while the dark oil-rubbed bronze finish resisted oxidation and cleaning-related wear significantly better than previous commercial fixtures. Infrared activation also remained highly accurate during continuous high-cycle operation. One technical improvement became especially noticeable during long-term servicing evaluations: the mounting assembly maintained precise alignment despite repeated activation cycles, preventing the uneven sensing behavior common with earlier wall-mounted systems. Modern Sensor Balance Tuesday, September 2, 2025 Reviewer: Hannah, Thompson from Portland, Oregon   After evaluating the Rose Gold Matte BathSelect Sensor Faucet with Soap Dispenser (BS1090RM-SF) in a high-use installation, the strongest takeaway was how well the design balances sensor performance with finish quality and maintenance practicality. What makes this model useful in commercial settings is the balance between responsiveness and restraint. Activation is quick without being overly sensitive, and the rose gold matte finish supports longer-term appearance retention in environments where standard finishes often start showing fatigue too early. Serviceability is one of the better aspects here. The unit is designed in a way that supports cleaner installation and more efficient follow-up maintenance, which is important when managing multiple restrooms across one property. BathSelect’s support team was also helpful during setup, providing clear answers on configuration, finish questions, and calibration expectations instead of generic responses. Overall, the product aligns well with high-intent commercial requirements: responsive sensor operation, durable materials, easier service access, and finish quality suited to hospitality, office, and healthcare environments. As a Hotel Operations Manager, earlier faucets failed quickly under heavy use. This BathSelect unit has held up without sensor degradation or leaks. Build quality is solid and suited for commercial duty. Was this review helpful to you?
