Infrared sensing system Sunday, May 3, 2026 Reviewer: Victoria Harper, Design Specialist from Scottsdale, AZ   During several luxury hospitality restroom renovations completed between 2022 and 2024, we replaced older tall-profile sensor faucets that repeatedly produced unstable flow patterns and inconsistent activation timing near shallow designer basins. The Deck Mount delivered a significantly more refined long-term operational profile. Its tall contemporary spout improved hand clearance while maintaining controlled water delivery without excessive splashback. The infrared sensing system also provided highly accurate activation during continuous guest usage, while the decorative finish resisted cleaning-related surface wear substantially better than previous tall commercial fixtures we had serviced.A technical strength we observed during long-term maintenance evaluations was the stability of the sensing field across varying basin heights and countertop configurations. Earlier tall-profile sensor faucets frequently required recalibration in these conditions, but the BS10104 maintained highly consistent responsiveness throughout multiple installations.
