Dullness Completely Defeated Tuesday, August 25, 2026 Reviewer: Andrea Westbrook from Anaheim, CA   Leo's wall-mounted format and color-changing LED feature brought considerably more personality to the visitor washrooms in our family entertainment complex than the conventional faucet originally specified. The lighting is especially effective during evening hours and connects naturally with the interactive environment elsewhere in the building. Three stars only because the visual effect would be unnecessary in purely functional staff areas. For guest-facing locations, however, the combination of wall mounting, waterfall delivery, and illuminated water creates exactly the memorable interaction management wanted. Disappointment Turned Delight Friday, July 17, 2026 Reviewer: Brett Maxwell from Ogden, UT   My first email received a generic response that didn't actually answer the question, forcing another exchange before I could move forward. The Leo faucet fortunately has much more personality than the customer-service interaction. Wall mounting keeps the sink area visually clean, while the LED color-changing feature adds an unusual contemporary detail that immediately makes the fixture stand apart. Late delivery Saturday, March 3, 2018 Reviewer: Santee from Kansas   The delivery was late for about a week, which was kind of frustrating since I wanted to have this installed as quickly as possible during the weekend when the plumber was available. But then it came about Thursday and now one was home so I had to wait for the weekend again before the faucet was finally installed. The product seems good and works well, but you're going to have to learn to wait if you order from here. Was this review helpful to you?

Impressive Wednesday, January 31, 2018 Reviewer: Lorinda from New Jersey   I still don't totally get how the LED lights work on this faucet but they are amazing. I really do hope they last long because I wouldn't want to replace them anytime soon. Was this review helpful to you?

Late delivery Friday, February 17, 2017 Reviewer: Santee from Kansas   In practical use, this fixture showed stable and reliable operation. The BathSelect Late delivery (Model BS-MSFT12) demonstrated consistent sensor activation and controlled water flow. The solid brass construction supports durability, while the finish maintains its appearance under frequent use. Installation was straightforward with standard connections, and the internal components allow for easy maintenance access. The sensor response is well-balanced, avoiding false triggers while ensuring user convenience. BathSelect’s support team provided clear technical guidance during setup and helped streamline the process. Overall, the fixture meets commercial expectations for reliability, hygiene, and long-term performance. Was this review helpful to you?

Tracking Confusion Resolved Monday, May 19, 2008 Reviewer: Holly Crawford from Harrisburg, PA   Our contractor wasn't immediately comfortable with one aspect of the installation, and the clarification process took longer than we had budgeted for. That held up completion of the first bathroom. Interestingly, once the Leo faucets went into service, the LED feature became one of those small details guests actually mention. The wall-mounted arrangement also keeps the vanity visually cleaner, so our design team considers the specification successful despite the rocky beginning. Was this review helpful to you?
