Difficult Yet Beautiful Friday, July 31, 2026 Reviewer: Franklin Reeves from Yonkers, NY   Trying to reach a real person was the weakest part of this order. My first call went unanswered, and the voicemail didn't get a response either, so another attempt was necessary. The wall-mounted faucet itself has been much better. Touchless sensor operation is practical for our commercial restroom, and the solid brass construction gives the fixture a reassuringly substantial feel once installed.
