Trouble Became Approval Monday, July 27, 2026 Reviewer: Richard Vaughn from Philadelphia, PA   Customer service promised a follow-up that never arrived, so I ended up contacting the company again to resolve the question myself. That accounts for much of the three-star rating. The Sinistra faucet has been far more satisfying. Its antique classic brass appearance brings warmth to the vanity, and the single-handle arrangement keeps operation straightforward despite the fixture's more traditional visual character. Beautiful! Thursday, May 10, 2018 Reviewer: Declan from Texas   We just bought a beautiful villa, and we would like to bring back its classic charm by going for antiques. So when we saw this, we thought why not change the bathroom fixtures as well into antique ones? So we did, and we were very happy with how it turned out. This faucet is just beautiful. It has this classic look and finish, and the details are just amazing. It definitely worked well into our plans. Was this review helpful to you?

Excellent design Sunday, May 7, 2017 Reviewer: Elsie from Montana   I was looking for something exactly like this one. We are currently renovating our master en suite and would like to go for a rather traditional or Victorian inspired bathroom, and this faucet looked like it could help. Well, it did. With  nice antique finish and exquisite design, it was the perfect piece for our bathroom. Was this review helpful to you?

nice looking Sunday, July 3, 2016 Reviewer: Gina from New Mexico   always had a soft spot for antiques and I was glad to find this faucet, it goes very well with the sink we have. Although nobody would mistake it for a real antique it looks good and fits in perfectly, so it was well worth the money. Delivery was very fast, we got it in 2 days. Was this review helpful to you?

nice looking Friday, March 18, 2016 Reviewer: Gina from New Mexico   After installation, the unit performed consistently under daily use. The BathSelect nice looking (Model BS-FSH8746) demonstrated consistent sensor activation and controlled water flow. The solid brass construction supports durability, while the finish maintains its appearance under frequent use. Installation was straightforward with standard connections, and the internal components allow for easy maintenance access. The sensor response is well-balanced, avoiding false triggers while ensuring user convenience. BathSelect’s support team provided clear technical guidance during setup and helped streamline the process. Overall, the fixture meets commercial expectations for reliability, hygiene, and long-term performance. Was this review helpful to you?

Late Yet Stunning Friday, December 12, 2008 Reviewer: Aaron Wallace from Cheyenne, WY   By the second unanswered message, I was seriously considering canceling. Someone eventually responded and the order moved forward, but communication shouldn't require that much persistence. I'm glad I didn't cancel, though. The Sinistra has the classic brass appearance I was searching for, and the single-handle design keeps it from feeling overly elaborate. Customer service tested my patience; the finished vanity rewarded it. Was this review helpful to you?
