Rough Yet Beautiful Saturday, August 8, 2026 Reviewer: Steven Matthews from Alexandria, VA   My order status remained vague for several days, and customer service wasn't particularly proactive about explaining where things stood. That was irritating, although the faucet ultimately softened my opinion. The Leo's antique styling and copper construction give it a convincing traditional character. It looks especially appropriate with our classic vanity and adds far more personality than the plain fixture it replaced. Was this review helpful to you?

Nice design Monday, November 26, 2018 Reviewer: Khloe from New Hampshire   There are certainly many good points to this faucet, but I guess the biggest selling point would be the antique finish and the overall design. This thing looks really lovely and it does add a nice touch to the en suite. I don't know if the scratches on the body are part of the finish and antique look, but they're not very visible anyway and you won't notice them unless you take a closer look at the faucet, not that I can imagine anyone doing so while washing their hands or faces. Happy Sunday, November 4, 2018 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Montana   After installation, the unit performed consistently under daily use. The BathSelect Happy (Model BS-ESAFK12) demonstrated consistent sensor activation and controlled water flow. The solid brass construction supports durability, while the finish maintains its appearance under frequent use. Installation was straightforward with standard connections, and the internal components allow for easy maintenance access. The sensor response is well-balanced, avoiding false triggers while ensuring user convenience. BathSelect’s support team provided clear technical guidance during setup and helped streamline the process. just like in the pictures Sunday, May 8, 2016 Reviewer: Brent from Pueblo   For a quality antique looking faucet this was a very good deal. We had it installed in our summer house kitchen, everything there is actually antique and this faucet blends in perfectly. Delivery was prompt and the quality is good, so I will but from here again. Tracking Delay Resolved Saturday, May 28, 2005 Reviewer: Ross Campbell from Las Vegas, NV   There was an awkward stretch after ordering where I heard almost nothing. No useful progress update, no clear shipping information—just waiting. That part could certainly be handled better. The Leo faucet, however, is exactly why I didn't want something generic from a local store. The antique copper styling has real personality and looks especially convincing with the traditional basin and darker bathroom finishes. Was this review helpful to you?
