Slow Yet Superior Sunday, August 16, 2026 Reviewer: Brian Coleman from Norfolk, VA   Installation had already been scheduled when I learned the shipment would arrive later than originally promised. No delay notification came beforehand, which made rearranging the work frustrating. The digital thermostatic shower set fortunately delivered a much better experience afterward. Temperature management feels considerably more controlled than with our previous setup, and the digital interface gives the entire shower a clean, technically advanced character. The digital thermostat still responds instantly, stored temperature presets remain accurate, transitions between rainfall and handheld outlets are immediate, and every electronic function performs exactly as recorded during the original commissioning report. The family told me nobody has opened the instruction manual since the first week because the controls became completely intuitive. Slow Delivery Worthwhile Tuesday, July 22, 2003 Reviewer: Parker Sullivan from Scottsdale, AZ   I'm fairly comfortable with smart-home products, but setting up this digital thermostatic shower still had me scratching my head in a couple of places. The answers I received weren't particularly clear either, so our installer ultimately worked through it. That's the reason for three stars. In everyday use, the system is another story—the digital controls give the shower a much more modern feel, and precise temperature management has quickly become one of my favorite features.
