Problems Couldn't Tarnish Monday, July 13, 2026 Reviewer: Hailey Barrett from Richmond, VA   Getting a useful answer about the order took more effort than expected because the first representative didn't seem to understand my question. I eventually received the clarification I needed, but the process could have been smoother. The digital thermostat controller has been the stronger part of the purchase. Late Arrival Rewarded Sunday, February 6, 2005 Reviewer: Chase Davidson from Tucson, AZ   The controller wasn't as intuitive on day one as I expected. My plumber and I both had questions, and getting a useful explanation from support took longer than it should have. After living with it for a while, my opinion improved. Being able to manage the shower temperature from the digital touch controller is genuinely convenient, and now that we're familiar with it, nobody wants to go back to the old controls.
