Problems Met Beauty Monday, August 3, 2026 Reviewer: Grace Hastings from Charleston, SC   My email about the shipping status sat unanswered long enough that I eventually called instead. That shouldn't have been necessary for such a basic question. The Monro faucet, however, was exactly the traditional accent I hoped for. Its antique brass appearance has genuine warmth, and the dual-handle configuration complements the classic bathroom styling much better than the modern faucet we originally considered. Ok Saturday, May 18, 2019 Reviewer: Angela from Florida   From an operational standpoint, the unit delivered dependable results. The BathSelect Ok (Model BS-DHAB12) demonstrated consistent sensor activation and controlled water flow. The solid brass construction supports durability, while the finish maintains its appearance under frequent use. Installation was straightforward with standard connections, and the internal components allow for easy maintenance access. The sensor response is well-balanced, avoiding false triggers while ensuring user convenience. BathSelect’s support team provided clear technical guidance during setup and helped streamline the process. Overall, the fixture meets commercial expectations for reliability, hygiene, and long-term performance. Was this review helpful to you?

Ok Wednesday, November 29, 2017 Reviewer: Angela from Florida   Got this antique faucet since I wanted to create a traditional Victorian inspired interior for the bathroom. This looks okay with the other fixtures in the bathroom, and  the design is good enough. Was this review helpful to you?

Beautiful Sunday, May 7, 2017 Reviewer: Tess from Washington   If you are looking for an antique faucet, I highly recommend this one. I got one for our master en suite, and so far  been one of the best decisions that I made. It looked really authentic, and if I didn't know any better I would think that  really antique. The finish and the design are really awesome. Was this review helpful to you?

good looking and easy to install Sunday, July 10, 2016 Reviewer: Adam from Dallas   Glad to find a single hole dual handle faucet since I wanted to install it myself, and drilling extra holes in the sink would have been too much for me. I needed some longer hoses than those supplied with it, but it was not a problem finding them. It was relatively easy to install and it works just fine, so I am happy for it. Late but Stunning Sunday, May 25, 2008 Reviewer: Mason Fletcher from Lubbock, TX   Three emails for one shipping question was excessive. I eventually received the information, but I shouldn't have needed to keep asking. That's where most of my disappointment comes from. As for the Monro faucet, I actually like it quite a bit. The antique brass finish and dual-handle layout suit our traditional vanity beautifully. It has the older, more decorative character I wanted without making the bathroom feel dated.
