Hassle Met Elegance Friday, August 14, 2026 Reviewer: Audrey Dalton from Augusta, GA   Technical questions about the steam generator took too long to resolve because the first response didn't address what our installer was actually asking. Another conversation was needed before we could proceed confidently. In operation, the generator has left a stronger impression. It integrated well into the steam-room project and delivers the functionality we needed for creating a proper sauna-style experience. Was this review helpful to you?

I love how easy it is to install Thursday, March 3, 2022 Reviewer: Ruby from Washington   We tried different brands of steam generators but not even a single one lived upto our expectations as much as this High-end Coasts Steam Generator did. We have installed one for our spa and ordered another for backup! I was easy to install and started with a bang! Was this review helpful to you?

I love how easy it is to install Wednesday, February 20, 2019 Reviewer: Ruby from Washington   From an operational standpoint, the unit delivered dependable results. The BathSelect I love how easy it is to install (Model BS-CTG03) demonstrated consistent sensor activation and controlled water flow. The solid brass construction supports durability, while the finish maintains its appearance under frequent use. Installation was straightforward with standard connections, and the internal components allow for easy maintenance access. One of the better steam generators Friday, June 15, 2018 Reviewer: Jan from New Hampshire   installed quite a few of these steam generators before, and I can say that  one of the better ones that  seen so far. It was the client who showed me this, and though I did have my own recommendations at that time, I wasn't able to do anything because the client was already set  on buying it. After seeing it though I was quite confident that the client made the right choice. So I got to the installation and seeing how well it worked, I am sure going to recommend this to my other clients as well. Was this review helpful to you?

Support Trouble Overcome Monday, April 18, 2005 Reviewer: Noah Henderson from Fort Worth, TX   My installer had a technical question about the steam generator and getting a useful response took far too long. The first person we spoke with didn't seem to understand what information he needed, which held things up unnecessarily. Once the installation was completed correctly, the generator changed my opinion somewhat. It produces the steam experience we were after and has made the sauna room far more enjoyable. Better technical support would have moved this rating up considerably. Was this review helpful to you?
