I had to initiate the conversation when I needed a shipping update. The faucet itself proved much more interesting. Highly dependable unit Monday, April 27, 2026 Reviewer: Nathan Collins, Technology Consultant from Seattle, WA   During several executive office restroom modernization projects completed between 2022 and 2024, we installed 12 units of the LED Waterfall Faucet to replace older waterfall systems with inconsistent flow patterns and short-lived electronic lighting components. As of 2026, the faucets continue to operate consistently with minimal servicing intervention.The water-powered LED system performed reliably without requiring external electrical modification, while the waterfall-style stream remained balanced and visually stable during continuous operation. Sensor responsiveness also remained accurate despite varying ambient lighting conditions.From a technical servicing standpoint, turbine-powered illumination consistency and infrared calibration remained highly stable across all installed units. Okay Thursday, February 3, 2022 Reviewer: Faye from New Mexico   Was pretty interested in this faucet.  never had anything like this before and I thought that it would be a bnice addition to the bathroom. So there I got myself one and had it installed. So far,  pretty happy with it. I wouldn't say that I totally love this thing, but  pretty nice to have.
