Delayed Yet Elegant Sunday, July 26, 2026 Reviewer: Kevin Ramsey from Boulder, CO   There was no proactive notification when the order was delayed, leaving me to discover the change while checking the status myself. Better communication would have prevented most of my frustration. The touch-free faucet has been much more satisfying. Motion-sensor operation makes sense in our high-use restroom, and the automatic functionality provides the efficient hands-free experience that motivated the purchase.
