Troubles Faded Away Tuesday, July 28, 2026 Reviewer: Jason Carmichael from Anaheim, CA   The order shipped later than promised, and I wasn't notified about the change beforehand. The delay itself would have been easier to accept with better communication. On arrival, the brass chrome faucet made a considerably stronger impression. The hands-free operation is well suited to commercial washrooms, while the chrome exterior gives the fixture a familiar professional appearance that integrates easily with surrounding hardware. Slim Sensor Precision Wednesday, April 29, 2026 Reviewer: Melissa Grant, Infrastructure Advisor from Scottsdale, AZ   Rather than continuing to maintain decorative chrome fixtures with recurring sensor instability near reflective surfaces, we installed 15 units of the Fontana Chrome Faucet across hospitality restroom renovations completed between 2023 and 2025. As of 2026, the faucets continue to operate reliably throughout all properties.The brass-and-chrome finish retained strong visual consistency despite aggressive cleaning schedules and heavy guest usage. Sensor activation also remained highly responsive near polished countertops and mirrored backsplashes where earlier systems frequently experienced false triggering.From a technical operations standpoint, infrared timing and water-flow regulation remained highly predictable between all installed units. 5 stars Tuesday, February 8, 2022 Reviewer: Rebecca from Rhode Island   Nothing negative to say about this faucet. The lights work well and are bright enough to be visible even when the bathroom lights are on. The color changing feature is timely and changes accordingly. Great product at a great price Thursday, January 16, 2020 Reviewer: Daniel from Maryland   Have just installed 4 units of BathSelect Brass Chrome Hand Free Commercial Sensor Faucet , its working just perfectly. The finish is praiseworthy as shown here. Customer service at Bath select are very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to see shipping took only couple of days and was free. Nice Tuesday, October 22, 2019 Reviewer: Jordan from Washington   Truly remarkable and added something new to the whole space. The LED lights are cool and fun and the color changing feature is something worth having, though I don't think  really necessary (for me at least). Being hands-free also makes this a good choice for me, easier to turn on and I don't have to worry about the kids forgetting to turn off the faucet after use. Was this review helpful to you?
