Doubts Turned Delight Thursday, July 16, 2026 Reviewer: Cole Richardson from Fresno, CA   What bothered me most was having to contact the company repeatedly just to get a dependable update. The information eventually came through, but the process shouldn't have required that much effort. The faucet itself was a pleasant contrast. Its contemporary waterfall styling gives the wash area a distinctive look, while automatic operation makes it a sensible choice for a commercial restroom. Was this review helpful to you?

Slow Delivery Delivered Friday, June 27, 2003 Reviewer: Tyler Prescott from Norfolk, VA   The order updates were slower than I expected, and I had to reach out myself before getting a clear idea of when the faucet would arrive. That made scheduling the installation more difficult than necessary. Once installed, though, the contemporary waterfall design made a much stronger impression. The touchless activation is convenient and the brushed nickel finish gives the sink area a polished commercial appearance. Was this review helpful to you?
