Control Variations Eliminated Friday, May 1, 2026 Reviewer: Silas Montgomery, Specialist from Des Moines, IA   Previous sensor faucets across our administration building developed inconsistent activation characteristics after prolonged use. This faucet has maintained stable electronic response throughout sixteen months of daily operation, allowing maintenance engineers to remove calibration checks from routine inspection procedures. Service Recovered Nicely Wednesday, October 29, 2003 Reviewer: Jason Matthews from Denver, CO   After the expected ship date passed, I contacted customer service because no delay notification had been sent. The first answer was generic and did not address the specific order question. A later representative handled it much better, explaining the revised timeline and providing accurate tracking. The oil-rubbed bronze sensor faucet arrived safely and matched the expected finish. The communication could have been stronger from the start, but the eventual resolution turned the experience around. Was this review helpful to you?
