Integration Reduces Clutter Saturday, August 15, 2026 Reviewer: Jeremy Caldwell from Naperville, IL   A well-designed wash station should feel like one system, and this contemporary faucet-and-dispenser pairing moves in that direction. Coordinating touchless water with automatic soap delivery reduces physical interaction while giving architects a cleaner alternative to mixing unrelated deck-mounted components. From an operational standpoint, refill access, sensor spacing, water trajectory, and electrical servicing should all remain straightforward after installation. Getting those details right requires some upfront planning, but the payoff is substantial in high-use restrooms: fewer visual distractions, a clearer user sequence, and more consistent fixture management across multiple stations. works great Saturday, January 24, 2015 Reviewer: John from Colorado   This model was installed in a demanding setting and responded well. The BathSelect works great (Model B5136-SD) demonstrated consistent sensor activation and controlled water flow. The solid brass construction supports durability, while the finish maintains its appearance under frequent use. Installation was straightforward with standard connections, and the internal components allow for easy maintenance access. The sensor response is well-balanced, avoiding false triggers while ensuring user convenience. Updates Needed Persistence Sunday, March 2, 2003 Reviewer: Andrew Keller from Phoenix, AZ   After several days without an order update, I emailed customer service and received a response that did not fully answer my question. A second message was necessary before someone provided the actual shipping status. Once that happened, the information was clear and the revised delivery date proved accurate. The commercial fixture arrived undamaged and performed as expected after installation. I would have preferred more proactive communication, but the product itself left a positive impression.
