We completed all wiring verification, thermostatic adjustments, and LED functional testing before handing the project over to the owner. Because every calibration step was completed before occupancy, the system performed exactly as expected from the first day of operation. Seventeen months later, the LED lighting continues functioning consistently, rainfall coverage remains evenly distributed across the shower head, and preventative maintenance has consisted only of regular cleaning and scheduled operational inspections. It was installed January of 2018.  been using this for over a year and have not encountered any issues with it. The water pressure is excellent, the design is so sleek and minimal.  very pleased with this purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable shower system to add that extra wow factor! Missing shower arm Monday, November 26, 2018 Reviewer: Jane from W. Virginia   We were pretty excited to have this thing installed so I guess you could just imagine our disappointment when we saw that it was missing a shower arm when we opened the box. We were told that we could just buy one from the local hardware but we insisted in getting one from Bath Select even though it meant having to wait a couple more of days before we can complete the installation.
