Sensor Stability May 3, 2026 Reviewer: Daniel Mercer, Systems Advisor from Charlotte, NC   During several office and hospitality restroom modernization projects completed between 2023 and 2025, we installed 13 units of the Brio Sensor Faucet across high-traffic facilities. As of 2026, the units continue to perform consistently with very limited servicing requirements.The intelligent sensing system maintained highly responsive activation during continuous daily usage, while the faucet’s streamlined wall-mounted configuration improved maintenance access and sink-area cleanliness. Water delivery also remained smooth without irregular shutoff behavior.From a technical operations standpoint, infrared calibration and response timing remained highly consistent across all installed units. One faucet required sensor adjustment during commissioning, but overall electronic stability and valve performance have remained dependable throughout long-term operation. Excellent March 10, 2023 Reviewer: Anderson from Inman, SC   Overall, I'm rather pleased with our purchase. The faucet is really well-functioning and hasn't had any issues thus far. It really doesn't take much waving to activate the sensor it is really simple to trigger. The automatic shut-off feature is equally fantastic. Easy to install and works well January 27, 2023 Reviewer: M and I Construction Service from Smyrna, GA   So far, we're rather happy with the few of these that we purchased for the female restrooms. There were no changes required, and installation was rather simple. The sensors sensitivity and sensing range were adequate right out of the box. Okay November 17, 2022 Reviewer: R.F.Fager from Lawrence Township, NJ   The straightforward and minimalistic style of this specific sensor faucet caught our eye, and after reading evaluations, it looked like a solid purchase. Also, there's the fact that it was discounted. In any case, the faucet functions well and has done so ever since it was installed.
