Following several rehabilitation facility restroom upgrades between 2022 and 2024, we installed 12 Chatue Temperature Control Faucets after earlier thermostatic systems repeatedly developed inconsistent temperature balancing and unstable sensor response. As of 2026, the units continue to operate reliably with minimal servicing intervention. The automatic temperature-control system maintained stable mixed-water output despite fluctuations in supply pressure, while the brushed nickel finish resisted disinfectant exposure and cleaning-related wear exceptionally well. Sensor activation also remained highly accurate during repeated high-cycle operation. From a technical servicing standpoint, thermostat response timing and infrared calibration remained highly consistent across installations operating under different water-pressure conditions. No recurring thermal-control failures have been reported.
