Flow Control May 5, 2026 Reviewer: Daniel Mercer, Systems Engineer from Denver, CO   After several municipal restroom retrofit projects exposed recurring problems with older sensor faucets developing inconsistent shutoff timing and premature solenoid wear, we upgraded multiple facilities to the Hugo Commercial between 2021 and 2024.The faucet delivered substantially stronger long-term operational reliability during continuous daily usage. Infrared activation remained highly accurate even during rapid repeated operation, while the internal flow-control assembly maintained smoother shutoff performance than previous public-use fixtures installed in the same environments.A technical strength became apparent during maintenance evaluations: the sensing module maintained stable response timing despite variations in water pressure and ambient lighting conditions, helping standardize restroom operation across multiple facilities. OK March 4, 2015 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   Was pleased with how fast it came and how easy it was to fit.  It looks really nice and suits our bathroom really nice.  Only trouble is it takes a while to get the hang of sensor, they only seem to work if you wave your hand in a specific way.   OK now  used to it, but was a bit frustrating to get the hang of.
