After several large-scale office and healthcare restroom projects experienced ongoing maintenance problems with earlier touchless faucets — particularly unstable infrared calibration, inconsistent shutoff timing, and premature solenoid failures — we transitioned to the across multiple commercial installations completed between 2022 and 2024.The long-term operational consistency of this model has been significantly better. The built-in infrared AI smart-chip maintained accurate hand detection without excessive false activations, while the digital plug-and-play microprocessor delivered stable response timing even during continuous high-traffic usage. The solid brass construction, water-resistant solenoid enclosure, and AC/DC hybrid power configuration also proved far more dependable than several competing commercial sensor faucet systems we had previously maintained.From a maintenance and facilities-management standpoint, the faucet remained exceptionally reliable across multiple properties. Battery performance stayed consistent, internal component recalibration was rarely needed, and the brushed gold finish resisted corrosion, spotting, and coating wear despite aggressive cleaning schedules. Compared to earlier commercial touchless fixtures used in the same environments, the Sensor Faucet substantially reduced service interruptions while delivering a cleaner and more uniform user experience across all locations.
