Sensor Reliability May 3, 2026 Reviewer: Cameron Reeves, Systems Advisor from Phoenix, AZ   Before upgrading several rehabilitation facility restrooms between 2021 and 2024, older brushed nickel sensor faucets repeatedly experienced delayed shutoff timing and premature valve wear under continuous public usage. After installing 14 units of the Lano Nickel Faucet, long-term reliability improved considerably.The brushed nickel finish maintained strong resistance against disinfectant exposure and corrosion despite heavy daily operation. Infrared responsiveness also remained highly stable during rapid repeated activation cycles without false triggering.From a technical operations standpoint, flow-control consistency and sensing calibration remained highly predictable across installations with varying basin depths and countertop materials. Great Quality February 19, 2023 Reviewer: Susan from Missouri   This dual automatic sensor faucet with soap dispenser is great choice for our office bathrooms. One of best purchases  made in sometime. Saves water, hygeni and was easy install. We haven’t experienced any problems with such faucets. Top quality with great customer support June 13, 2020 Reviewer: Jody from Arizona   I have been looking for an automatic faucet that is more water-efficient. I have ordered 10 sets for our school, This faucet is easy to install and it only takes me less time. The quality of this product is very well. Soap dispenser sensor troubles August 17, 2017 Reviewer: Marie from Boston   The faucet's main sensor seem to be working well, but  having trouble with the sensor for the soap dispenser. It works, but it takes some effort to get it to work. Otherwise, great concept and product. Could've been better though, but for the price, you really can't complain. Was this review helpful to you?

Excellent product! July 1, 2016 Reviewer: Monica from New Hampshire   We really needed to change the faucets in the lavatories given their age, and some of them are actually starting to leak already. So we decided to look for replacements here, and imagine how pleased we were when we saw this. After going over the details, we placed an order for some and had them installed when they arrived.
