Sensor Performance May 3, 2026 Reviewer: Victoria Harper, Plumbing Consultant from Las Vegas, NV   Following several luxury hospitality restroom renovations between 2022 and 2024, we installed 13 units of the Lenox Gold Faucet after previous decorative gold fixtures repeatedly developed finish fading and unstable infrared activation near mirrored surfaces. As of 2026, the faucets continue to operate reliably with minimal servicing requirements.The gold-tone finish maintained excellent visual consistency despite heavy guest traffic and continuous cleaning exposure. Sensor responsiveness also remained highly stable during repeated activation cycles without irregular shutoff timing.From a technical maintenance perspective, sensing calibration and flow-control regulation remained highly dependable across installations with varying basin configurations and water-pressure conditions. Nice product not compromising the quality. January 31, 2020 Reviewer: AVP Constructions from New Hampshire   Purchased 3 units of these faucets from Bath Select for the remodel. The faucet I got was less expensive than other companies. Purchasing was simple and it was easy to get what I wanted. The website was clean and finding the item I was looking for was painless. Works fine December 3, 2018 Reviewer: Josephine from Montana   I like how the sensor works well on this faucet. We've had a couple of sensor faucets before at the bar and they didn't really work as well as this one. The gold finish is good, though I don't think  as  vibrant as is shown in the picture. Gold finish? September 17, 2017 Reviewer: Miranda from California   Probably my biggest complaint about this faucet is the finish. When it says gold, I was expecting a color the same as the one on jewelries. But then, it seems a bit too light to me, more like a bright yellow than gold. Beautiful sensor faucet November 16, 2016 Reviewer: Rica from Nevada   been hunting for a sensor faucet for the spa and this one is just perfect. It has this beautiful gold finish and though the design looks pretty simple, it has this luxurious appeal to it.  by choosing this, we've upgraded our spa's lavatories, and  the clients like this improvement as well.
