By 2026, the units continue to perform reliably with only minor drain calibration and seal maintenance required. Previous walk-in tub brands we used often developed sealing issues, slower drainage, and finish wear over time. The Rio system solved many of these problems with better door sealing, faster drainage, and more consistent hydrotherapy performance. The reinforced acrylic shell and tempered glass enclosure have maintained structural integrity under daily use. Drain and jet systems also remained mechanically consistent across multiple installations. Solid Access January 3, 2026 Reviewer: Northline Builders from Phoenix, AZ   For the Rio High installation, as a remodeling contractor, I liked the low threshold, rigid shell, and even jet response during fill testing. Support emailed the rough-in sheet same day; one call resolved calibration cleanly. Packing was excellent and damage free. It outperformed the brand we used last year. I would specify it again.
