Slow shipping January 6, 2022 Reviewer: Brylle from California   If any, the shower set works just fine. I actually think that it works better than I expected it to. The only concern I have about  the slow shipping. I wouldn't mind waiting a few days or so and an extra week, now that's something else.  The shower set is good, but you're going to have to be patient with the shipping. One arm missing January 6, 2019 Reviewer: Cameron from Virginia   I was sorely diasspaointed when the plumber told me that one of the arms was missing. At first I thought I might have dropped it somewhere after I opened the package, but I don't think so. So I called to have the missing piece sent, and though it did take quite a while, it did come and we were able to install the whole thing two weeks after the first order arrived. good quality shower August 2, 2016 Reviewer: John from Fresno   This was the most expensive fixture in my bathroom and I hope it was worth it. So far I can say the finish is just great, the water flow is strong enough even if we are talking about quite a large shower head, and the lights make a cozy atmosphere. Great Shower Set December 12, 2015 Reviewer: Katy from Memphis, TN   Love this shower. Had it installed by our contractor a month ago. The gold finish is more of a brushed gold which looks really classy. Customer service at bathselect were helpful in answering my questions from day one. Was this review helpful to you?
