Motion Sensor Stability Performance April 30, 2026 Reviewer: Melissa Grant, Systems Advisor from Scottsdale, AZ   Unlike earlier motion-sensor faucets that frequently developed inconsistent activation near reflective surfaces, the Brio Motion Sensor Faucet delivered significantly improved long-term reliability after installation across hospitality restroom projects between 2021 and 2024. As of 2026, all installed units continue to perform consistently.The faucet maintained highly responsive infrared activation during continuous guest usage, while the exterior finish resisted spotting and cleaning-related wear substantially better than previous designer fixtures. Water flow also remained smooth without excessive splashback around shallow basins.From a technical operations perspective, sensor calibration stability remained highly predictable near mirrored backsplashes and polished countertops where older infrared systems frequently required recalibration. Just OK September 23, 2017 Reviewer: Josh from South Dakota   This faucet is good, not very spectacular but good. For the sale price of $400  this reasonable, but if the sale ends and  back to its original price of $700,  that would be too expensive for a faucet like this. Was this review helpful to you?

Great sensor faucet May 27, 2017 Reviewer: John from South Carolina   We were already aware of the different benefits that came with using these sensor faucets, which is why we finally decided to have some installed in the lavatories. There are many options here in the site, but  the one we liked mainly because of the design. So far, everything is working well, especially the sensors.
