Slim Sensor Precision April 22, 2026 Reviewer: Victoria Harper, Design Consultant from Las Vegas, NV   Instead of replacing matte-black designer faucets every few years due to finish fading and unstable sensor behavior, we installed 12 units of the Clares Black Faucet across hospitality restroom renovations completed between 2022 and 2024. As of 2026, the systems continue to perform reliably with very limited servicing requirements.The matte black finish maintained excellent visual consistency despite aggressive cleaning schedules and heavy guest usage. Sensor activation also remained highly accurate near reflective basin surfaces and bright ambient lighting environments where earlier matte-black systems frequently produced false triggering.From a technical maintenance standpoint, sensing calibration and valve timing remained highly stable throughout all installations. Minor stream-pressure variation was noted under fluctuating supply conditions, but overall operational performance remained dependable. Was this review helpful to you?

Responsive Customer Service. This faucet's sensor functions effectively, and we haven't experienced any issues getting it to turn on or off. One of the better sensor faucets that has been tried thus far.
