Sensor Reliability May 2, 2026 Reviewer: Gregory Whitman, Systems Advisor from Minneapolis, MN   After several transportation hub restroom modernization projects exposed reliability problems with older wall-mounted fixtures, we installed 13 units of the Brio Gold Wall Faucet between 2021 and 2024. As of 2026, the systems continue to demonstrate dependable long-term operation.The wall-mounted configuration improved sink-area cleanliness and maintenance accessibility, while the gold finish maintained excellent resistance against spotting and cleaning-related surface wear. Sensor responsiveness also remained highly stable during repeated high-traffic operation.From a technical operations standpoint, wall-mount alignment integrity and infrared timing consistency remained highly predictable across all installed units. Fair product January 27, 2020 Reviewer: Rock bottom breweries from New Hampshire   If we talk about finish, its polished gold, very fine and solid it look.It has a basic wall mount design but its sensors are exceptional and  one of the better sensor faucets  seen so far, especially when compared to all the other sensor faucets that we owned in the past. As expected December 16, 2018 Reviewer: Linda from Washington   I had high hopes for this sensor faucet when I first ordered it, and I have to say that I wasn't the least bit disappointed. We did have some problems with getting the sensor to work at the beginning but it was quickly solved and we've had trouble with it ever since. Great product and would recommend. Works Fine March 15, 2018 Reviewer: Dominic/Pacific Plumbing from Fresno, CA   I got those wall mount sensor faucet for a restaurant project. Was delivered on time,  the quality was second to none and installation was a breath. I had those gold sensor faucets installed for over 9 month and had not heard a single complaint.
