Following several luxury restroom renovations where earlier hot-and-cold sensor faucets repeatedly developed calibration drift and inconsistent temperature regulation, we upgraded multiple hospitality properties to the Brushed Nickel between 2021 and 2024.The faucet maintained highly dependable infrared responsiveness throughout continuous guest usage, while the brushed nickel finish resisted spotting, corrosion, and cleaning-related surface wear substantially better than earlier luxury fixtures. Temperature regulation also remained smooth and predictable during heavy occupancy periods.A technical improvement became especially apparent during long-term servicing evaluations: the internal mixing valve maintained highly stable thermal balancing without affecting sensor timing accuracy, significantly improving operational consistency across installations.
