5 of 5 Reliable Infrared Stability May 5, 2026
Reviewer: Olivia Bennett, Architectural Consultant from Portland, OR
Rather than continuing with brands that required constant sensor adjustments and premature solenoid replacement, we transitioned to the BS61087E Florenza faucet across healthcare and office projects between 2022 and 2025. The difference in long-term stability has been substantial. Sensor activation remained accurate, water flow timing stayed uniform, and the internal brass components showed very little wear after extended daily use. Across multiple installations, the system delivered dependable hands-free performance with noticeably lower maintenance frequency.

5 of 5 Motion Sensor Stability April 15, 2026
Reviewer: Patrick Holloway, Technology Advisor from Columbus, OH
Following several transportation hub restroom upgrades where previous motion-sensor faucets repeatedly developed delayed shutoff timing and inconsistent detection range, we upgraded multiple facilities to the Florenza Faucet between 2022 and 2024.The faucet delivered highly dependable long-term operational consistency during continuous public usage. Sensor responsiveness remained accurate even during rapid repeated activations, while the internal brass valve assembly handled high-cycle operation substantially better than earlier public-use fixtures we had serviced.A technical benefit became especially noticeable during maintenance evaluations: the sensing module maintained highly stable activation timing despite fluctuations in ambient restroom lighting and building water pressure conditions.

5 of 5 Consistent System Performance October 31, 2024
Reviewer: J. Patel, Precision MEP from Fremont, CA
The Florenza commercial sensor faucet was integrated into a mixed-use development with varying water pressure zones. Performance remained consistent across all installations. Sensor calibration was accurate out of the box, and shutoff timing minimized unnecessary water discharge. The faucet’s internal cartridge and solenoid assembly showed no performance drift during commissioning tests. Overall, it met both mechanical and operational requirements without additional field modifications.

5 of 5 Precision Sensor Control November 20, 2023
Reviewer: D. Harper, Precision MEP from San Jose, CA
The Florenza automatic motion sensor faucet was specified for a corporate campus with high daily usage. Sensor detection is precise with no false activations, even under mixed lighting conditions. The solenoid valve cycles cleanly and consistently, supporting long-term reliability. Flow regulation aligns with commercial water efficiency standards, and the brass construction ensures structural durability. Installation followed standard deck-mount configurations without the need for custom adapters, which reduced coordination time on site.

5 of 5 Great company with great products August 4, 2023
Reviewer: Ziger Snead LLC from Fort Lee, NJ
The sensors are functioning properly thus there are no issues. We were having a lot of trouble with our old faucet sensors. The functionality and aesthetics of this are both rather good.
