Missing Part October 14, 2019 Reviewer: Diane B from Baltimore, MD   Got this 20"  Large Shower Head With 4 Way Mixer, Body Massages Jets & Hand Shower last month when it was time to install we found out missing a piece. Was not apleasant experience since we had to email bathselect several emails before they shipped out the missing piece. This delayed our Job and will not buy from here again. Slippery handheld shower August 25, 2019 Reviewer: Janine from Oregon   The only thing I would complain about is the handheld shower. It feels rather slippery even if I don't have soap in my hands. I wish they'd added some sort of grips to the design. Like I said, that's the only negative thing I see about this shower set. Everything else works like magic. Was this review helpful to you?

Great product at a great price! Works as well as m April 1, 2019 Reviewer: Daniel from Dallas   When I first installed this, I was underwhelmed with the intensity of the water coming out. I did some research and removed the flow control between the pipe on the wall and the shower head. Now the water comes out very strong from both heads. Wonderful! Was this review helpful to you?
