5 of 5 Ultra Touchless Performance February 9, 2026
Reviewer: Patrick, Johnson from Louisville, Kentucky
In day-to-day operation, the BathSelect Automatic Sensor Faucet (BS11000) showed the kind of consistency commercial buyers look for when specifying touchless or sensor-driven restroom fixtures. The operating performance is strong from a technical standpoint: the sensing window activates quickly, shutoff timing is controlled, and water delivery remains consistent. The commercial finish package works especially well in projects where both corrosion resistance and visual presentation matter. For contractors and maintenance staff, the unit is easier to work with than many low-grade sensor fixtures. Access, stability, and overall fitment support a smoother install and a more predictable ownership experience. Support was another strength. BathSelect’s team provided solid product guidance and helped resolve setup questions efficiently, which is exactly what commercial buyers want from a fixture supplier. Overall, the product aligns well with high-intent commercial requirements: responsive sensor operation, durable materials, easier service access, and finish quality suited to hospitality, office, and healthcare environments.

5 of 5 Precision Infrared Control January 18, 2026
Reviewer: Morgan, Garcia from Salt Lake City, Utah
From a specifier standpoint, the BathSelect Automatic Sensor Faucet (BS11000) stood out because it combines dependable activation, durable construction, and a finish suitable for design-conscious commercial spaces. What makes this model useful in commercial settings is the balance between responsiveness and restraint. Activation is quick without being overly sensitive, and the commercial finish package supports longer-term appearance retention in environments where standard finishes often start showing fatigue too early. Serviceability is one of the better aspects here. The unit is designed in a way that supports cleaner installation and more efficient follow-up maintenance, which is important when managing multiple restrooms across one property. BathSelect’s support team was also helpful during setup, providing clear answers on configuration, finish questions, and calibration expectations instead of generic responses. Overall, it performs like a well-considered commercial restroom fixture: dependable activation, durable construction, and a finish package that supports both design intent and long-term ownership value.

This BathSelect faucet has shown zero false triggers over months, with precise infrared sensing and stable flow. It reduced maintenance calls and improved efficiency.

So Got this installed last week after completing my bathroom remodel. So far so good. I tried with both the restrictor on and off and it’s much better off. Amazing pressure and truly a luxurious shower feeling.
