Difficulty Turned Delight Friday, July 24, 2026 Reviewer: Preston Burke from Missoula, MT   Several days passed before my email regarding order status received a useful response. I would have preferred better communication, particularly for a fixture selected around a specific renovation schedule. The Syracuse faucet itself has plenty of character. Its classic antique styling works extremely well with our traditional vanity, and the finished installation has the period-inspired appearance that originally attracted me to it. Nice antique faucet Monday, January 23, 2023 Reviewer: Gigi from Oregon   When it comes to the different antique faucets here in the site,  one of the better options available.  not saying this just because I own one, but because looking at the other options, not all of them have details that are as good as this one. Some of them don't have any design details at all. They just looked plain and simple. This one, though not as detailed as the others that have engravings in them, still looks good. The could've been shinier Friday, May 13, 2016 Reviewer: Isabella from Montana   Bought this faucet because of its design and overall look,  that it would make a really great addition to our villa. It came right away, kudos to bath select for that. I liked how it looks after they were installed. Then one day I decided to wipe one with a metal polisher - in my opinion, it looks better when buffed and shined. I know the antique appeal is somehow impacted, but I just think it would better. Service Confusion Overcome Wednesday, September 28, 2005 Reviewer: Caitlin Bradley from Stamford, CT   This was chosen for a boutique property where contemporary faucets simply didn't suit the interior. The order spent longer in processing than our purchasing team expected, and updates were fairly limited. Still, the Syracuse was absolutely the right aesthetic choice. Its classic antique styling complements the traditional vanity beautifully and helps us maintain the older character of the property instead of making the bathrooms feel generically renovated.
