Friction Found Quality Tuesday, August 11, 2026 Reviewer: Vincent Palmer from Billings, MT   Initially, customer service gave me conflicting information when I asked about the shipment, which caused some unnecessary uncertainty before installation. Fortunately, the shower mixer has been much easier to appreciate. The digital display is useful for monitoring settings, and thermostatic control makes temperature adjustment feel more deliberate. Support Confusion Cleared Friday, March 7, 2008 Reviewer: Miranda Hayes from Lexington, MA   Our engineering team needed more time than expected to become comfortable with the digital thermostatic controls, and the initial support we received didn't answer every question clearly. That isn't ideal when you're preparing multiple rooms for turnover. After the team became familiar with it, opinions improved.
