Concerns Met Elegance Saturday, July 18, 2026 Reviewer: Phillip Newman from New Haven, CT   Correcting my shipping information required several conversations when I expected it to be a simple change. That administrative hassle lowered the overall rating. The Missa bathtub faucet thankfully looks far better than the ordering process felt. Its gold finish gives the bath area a rich focal point, and the three-handle deck-mounted arrangement creates a substantial, carefully composed appearance around the tub. Delayed Shipping Worthwhile Sunday, April 6, 2003 Reviewer: Diana Mercer from Los Angeles, CA   Our purchasing team had to chase down the order status more than once, which wasn't something we expected for fixtures intended for a scheduled suite renovation. From an operations standpoint, that needs improvement. From a design standpoint, the Missa was a successful selection.
