Trouble Couldn't Spoil Saturday, August 1, 2026 Reviewer: Naomi Caldwell from Wilmington, NC   The frustrating part came before installation when different representatives provided different information about the expected shipment. Our contractor needed a reliable date, so the conflicting answers weren't helpful. The Turin shower system has fortunately been much more convincing in actual use. Its digital display adds useful visual information and gives the shower a noticeably more contemporary, technology-focused character than the conventional system it replaced. Display works fine Sunday, September 30, 2018 Reviewer: Felicity from Nevada   One thing that was worried about was the digital display. My friend had one in her place and the steam seemed to enter the display. Up to now it hasn't happened to me, and  sure do hope that  doesn't happen any time soon in the future. Great deal Thursday, November 24, 2016 Reviewer: Harry from Wells, Maine   Was totally happy to have found this, but when saw the sale price,  was doubtful about the quality. I mean, if  really as good as it says, then  was expecting a higher price. But when had it installed and tried it out, all my doubts about the quality washed away. Weak Support Improved Monday, August 11, 2008 Reviewer: Bryce Thornton from Las Cruces, NM   This Turin system definitely wasn't love at first sight—not because of the shower, but because getting through the setup questions was a headache. I got different guidance during two conversations and eventually relied on our installer to sort out the details. Now that it's operating, I'm considerably less annoyed. The digital display is useful at a glance and the overall shower system feels much more modern than what we replaced.
