Difficult Yet Distinguished Thursday, July 23, 2026 Reviewer: Ian McAllister from Burbank, CA   The estimated delivery date changed more than once without a proactive notification, so I started questioning whether the order would arrive when needed. Better updates would have removed that concern. The rose gold faucet ultimately made the inconvenience easier to forget. Slow but Reliable Tuesday, September 6, 2005 Reviewer: Adam Richardson from Boston, MA   The shipment took longer than I anticipated and there wasn't enough communication about the delay. I would have preferred an update rather than having to check the order status myself. Once everything arrived, the rose gold finish immediately became the positive side of the purchase.
