Upgrading several hospitality restroom sanitation systems between 2022 and 2025 highlighted repeated issues with earlier automatic soap dispensers developing uneven soap output, unstable infrared response, and delayed activation timing during continuous guest usage, prompting us to replace them with this sensor-operated dispensing system, and by 2026 the operational consistency has remained considerably steadier than previous commercial dispensers installed in comparable luxury environments. Earlier systems frequently struggled with reflective sink interference and fluctuating refill pressure conditions that triggered repeated recalibration requests, whereas this dispenser maintained more dependable activation timing with smoother dispensing consistency throughout repeated operation cycles. Housekeeping teams also observed fewer interruption-related servicing requests following installation. One reflective countertop setup required slight sensitivity refinements during setup, but once optimized the infrared responsiveness and dispensing reliability remained highly dependable overall.
