5 of 5 Reduced Splash Interruptions May 2, 2026

Following several healthcare and municipal restroom retrofit projects completed between 2021 and 2024 where older long-neck brushed-nickel sensor faucets repeatedly suffered from excessive splashback, unstable activation timing, and inconsistent shutoff response during rapid repeated usage, we upgraded multiple facilities to this commercial touchless faucet system, and by 2026 the operational consistency has remained substantially stronger than previous brushed-finish commercial fixtures maintained in similar environments. Earlier brushed-nickel systems frequently required ongoing recalibration near polished sink surfaces and often produced uneven water flow behavior under fluctuating inlet-pressure conditions, whereas this faucet maintained highly dependable infrared responsiveness with balanced water delivery throughout continuous daily operation. Previous commercial units also showed visible finish wear much earlier under aggressive maintenance exposure, while this brushed finish retained a noticeably cleaner appearance with lower upkeep requirements overall. Several sink configurations initially required minor sensor refinements during installation, but once calibrated the valve consistency, infrared stability, and servicing reliability remained highly dependable across all installed locations.

We specified the BathSelect brushed nickel long neck sensor faucet for a corporate headquarters in Toronto. The extended spout projection allowed for comfortable clearance above larger basins, which was an important design consideration. Its brass body with brushed nickel finish provided both resilience and resistance to frequent cleaning. Contractors highlighted that the solenoid and wiring module were straightforward to integrate within the deck cavity, reducing installation complexity. The faucet’s consistent infrared response and regulated flow contributed to water-saving initiatives while maintaining user comfort. Overall, it proved a reliable solution for a high-traffic commercial facility.

5 of 5 Encourages hygiene November 20, 2024
Reviewer: Hartwell Studio Architects from Houston
In a healthcare facility upgrade in Houston, we specified the BathSelect brushed nickel long neck sensor faucet due to its hygienic operation and durability under continuous use. The extended neck allowed compatibility with deeper basins, reducing splash-back issues. Contractors reported that the sensor calibration was accurate and did not require frequent adjustments after commissioning. The solenoid system was tested for consistent cycling, and the low-flow regulator ensured compliance with water efficiency codes. The brushed nickel finish withstood repeated cleaning with disinfectants, a crucial factor in healthcare environments. This model performed well across both design and operational requirements.
