No maintenance calls May 4, 2026 Reviewer: Andrew Whitmore, Systems Engineer from Minneapolis, MN   Instead of continuing to service older thermostatic sensor taps that frequently struggled with unstable temperature balancing and delayed shutoff timing, we upgraded several healthcare facilities to the Platinum Thermostatic between 2023 and 2025.The faucet maintained highly accurate infrared activation while delivering noticeably more stable temperature regulation than previous commercial thermostatic systems. The thermostatic valve assembly also responded consistently during fluctuating supply temperatures, which improved user comfort and reduced maintenance adjustments.A technical advantage became apparent during high-cycle operation: the internal temperature control remained highly responsive without affecting sensor timing stability. Great if you have customers who leave water on August 1, 2023 Reviewer: Commercial Architecture from Lebanon, PA   In our hotel we have a major problem with customers leaving the bathroom water running whether they are brushing their teeth or simply washing their hands and exiting the bathroom because they are too preoccupied with something else to turn off the water whats more they expect us to use hot water so the electric bill isnt on our side we bought this faucet because we were weary of going into the bathroom and turning off the water this faucet is a blessing It is quite simple to install and you can control the temperature so that you do not waste water Was this review helpful to you?
