One shower arm missing February 3, 2023 Reviewer: Alexa from New York   Had to contact Bath Select and ask them to send one extra shower arm because one was missing from the package. It took a while to convince them, but they did send it, though the installation was held back because of it. Was this review helpful to you?

LED lights December 2, 2022 Reviewer: Vanessa from Chicago   Bought this LED Ceiling Mounted Shower head couple of months ago and loved it in the beginning. However, there was a problem with the LED Lights from day one. I thought that the problem will wear off with time but the lights have gotten even lighter. Was this review helpful to you?
